A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St James Church, 1275 B St., at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5, for Deborah Pleau, who died unexpectedly in Colorado on Aug. 25, 2007. Debbie was the wife of longtime resident Dennis Pleau. She was 51.
Debbie is survived by her husband, Dennis; sons, Michael and Steven; her mother, Dolores Marchand of Lincoln; brothers, Mark Smith and his wife Dawn of Grass Valley and Kevin Smith and his wife Bridgett of San Jose; sister, Julie Smith of San Jose; and several nieces and nephews. Other survivors include Dennis' parents Lawrence and Nathalie Pleau of Davis, brother-in-law Richard and his wife Robin of Sacramento, James and his wife Judy of San Ramon, John and his wife Cindi of Gig Harbor Washington and sister-in-law Elizabeth and her husband Dave Hosmer of Modesto as well as several nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 4, at Wiscombe's Davis Funeral Chapel, 116 D St., Davis.
Interment will follow the Mass at the Davis Cemetery, 820 Pole Line Road.
