Fern Yeager

Fern Yevonne Yeager, passed away Monday, September 24, 2007 in Davis at age 79. Mrs. Yeager was born August 1, 1928 in El Reno, Oklahoma to Albert and Dovie Collins and had been a longtime Yolo County resident. She had lived in Davis from 1955 - 2003. She was married to Kenneth Justin Yeager from 1953 - 2001 when he had passed away on December 30th 2001. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She moved to Woodland in 2003. She was the youngest of 8 children.

Mrs. Yeager is survived by her two son's, Irvin Yeager and wife Anastasia of Sacaramento, Keith Yeager and wife Terry of Woodland, sister, Claire Land of Idaho, brother Ray Collins of Atwater and four grandchildren, Sonia Yeager, Irene Yeager, Karen Yeager of Sacramento and Brianne Yeager of Woodland as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Yeager, parents Albert and Dovie, son Roy, brother, Albert Collins and sisters, Geraldine Mounde, Luetta Baker, Fay Stout, Louise Cotta. Assisting the family with funeral arrangements is Wiscombe's Funeral Service.

Services will be at Wiscombe's Davis Funeral Chapel in Davis, CA. on Saturday, September 29, 2007 at 11:00 A.M.
