In 2003 she moved to Winters, CA to spend her time with her remaining three children. She started volunteering for Dr. Davis and the Medical office. She returned to walking three miles a day just as she had done with her loving husband. And, once again started making cookies to give to the mail carrier, the doctor’s office and others around town. She was also an avid reader, a regular at the Library.
At age 95 she decided to move in with daughter Judy (Nicki) for the remainder of her life. She was a gentle, kind woman and a devoted Catholic who loved the Lord our God.
