William Lee Wallace (Bill) was born on March 11, 1947 in Chicago, Illinois. He was a minister for Good Shepherd Christian International Fellowship, where he taught English and the love of God to his dear friends of the Chinese community in Davis, California and in China.
Preceding his ministry, Bill owned Photo Quick in Davis California until 2005. He also served in the United States Air Force for 4 years and received an Honorable Discharge on July 12th of 1971.
He was preceded in death by his father James Howard Wallace and Mother Maryella Wilder Wallace.
Bill went home to be with the Lord on October 29th, 2018 at the age of 71. He leaves us to cherish his memories and carry on the love and kindness within him. Bill is succeeded by his two daughters, Jessica Wallace of Carmichael CA, and Brooke Higginbotham of Las Cruces, NM; five grandchildren, Carlos Santillan of Las Vegas, NV Sabrina Carter of Las Cruces, NM, Hannah Louscher of Las Cruces, NM, Kileigh Higginbotham of Las Cruces, NM, Joseph Higginbotham of Las Cruces, NM; two great-grandchildren, Sophia Mañozo Santillan of Olongapo City, Philippines; Cole Jaxson Valles of Las Cruces, NM; two brothers Robert (Amy Briskin) Wallace of New York, NY; Richard (Lani) Wallace of Muncie, IN; one sister Kathleen (Harvey) Daniels of Chicago, IL; eight nephews and nieces, and a host of other relatives.
